  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsible for quality control at receiving, in process and final inspection. Responsible for online SPC preparation of customer unique features for new products. Ensuring the implementation of the Quality System to achieve ISO 9000 requirements. Effective analysis of Quality Management System. Able to use all the measurement tools available in the Q.A section. Make 'in house calibration' for commonly used measurement tools. Repairing inaccurate or damaged measurement tools such as CALIPER, MICROMETER and so on. Preparation of Inspection plan / control plan / AOI / Product Stage Drawing / Work instruction for various levels of inspection and production. R&R control for various tools and kappa-study for attribute gauge. Process capability control (Cp & Cpk) & Machine capability study. Planning and selection of Measurement system and calibration. Analyze Customer Complaints and take appropriate action / prevention by using G 8 D-report, problem solving techniques, 3D-Counter Measures. Analyze in-house Quality Complaints and take preventive measures using 7-QC tools. Increase OEE by reducing machine down time, in-house rejection and setting time by taking precautions. Supply products with control from suppliers audit and also help suppliers for suppliers Quality System Improvement. Responsibility for 5S. Understudy.
