PROJECT: PROPOSED EXPANSION OF SAPANGAR BAY CONTAINER PORT ON 01200707, 01200809, 015601117 & 015493795 AT JALAN SAPANGAR KOTA KINABALU SABAH LOCATION : SAPANGAR BAY CONTAINER PORT, KOTA KINABALU,SABAH JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans, including budget tracking and resource allocation Create and maintain project documentation and reporting, including progress updates and project status reports. Communicate project goals and objectives to project stockholders. Establish and maintain project timelines and delivery dates. Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner. Provide guidance and direction to project team members. Monitor and track project performance against established project plans. Develop and manage project budgeting processes and outcomes. Manage the development and implementation of project plans, including risk management and change control processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Building Technology, any construction related field. Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. At least advanced beginner proficiency in Microsoft Project, P6, Excel and AutoCAD. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Can start immediately.
