Therefore RE continues to seek the best talent from across Shell to meet these dynamic business needs. - Supports the Corporate Travel Agreements Manager through development and implementation of Top Quartile (TQ) pre and post-award contract performance management tactics, including performance measures and analysis relating to allocated portfolio of tactical and operational Airline, Hotel, Rail , CIBT – Visa agency, travel agreements. Position description - - Travel Contract Performance Analyst provide support and regional input for procurement activities, coordination of pre-award activities (scope information, supplier risk assessments and spend data) and technical evaluation of proposals (working with CP (GF-PT) and the Contract Performance Manager). - Work with the Contract Performance Manager and Global Functions Sourcing team to develop and execute contract governance and performance management plans in line with Contract Management standards and processes, including co-ordination of performance audits/reviews of allocated contracts including KPIs, business controls, etc. - Execute agreed de-mobilization of previous contracts and mobilization of new contracts including the development and the establishment of the Contract Management Plans for the contracts. - Consolidate and analyze Air, Hotel, Rail , CIBT performance data and facilitate strategic/tactical-level contract performance reviews for ongoing improvement. - Identify and predict shifts in demand and compliance levels and their impacts which may require revision to commercial strategies. - Forge beneficial communications with Real Estate site Services organisations and other networks to achieve full business alignment and sustain Corporate Travel reputation for value-add in the Region. - Use regional presence to penetrate reasons for behaviour or non-compliance issues to rectify and maximize commercial leverage to agreed deals. - Manage any supplier-related HSSE issues through to satisfactory resolution. - Travel Contract Performance Analyst supports the successful monitor and maintenance of Travel Contract for Shell. The purpose of this role is to support contract performance measurement, identify commercial value of the contact, Contract Analysis, review & compliance. Gather data from different sources, create inspiring experience by resolving issues highlighted by Shell employees & partners. Ensure Smooth functioning of all travel contracts and thereby creating seamless travel experience for Shell travelers. People and operating model - Contract Performance Analysts will work within the team to sustain and improve high quality contract performance through partnering with the RE Business Managers & Contract Performance Managers onshore Information & Data, IT systems/Apps Travel Contract Performance Analyst ensures that data in RE is credible, reliable, readily available, and used to generate insights to drive better decision making in RDS and RE. Supports: - Data Gathering & Publishing - Data Analytics - Knowledge Management Process and assurance - The SBO Contract Performance Analyst team will drive value to Corporate Travel team through the development and implementation of pre- and post-award contract performance management tactics and the organization of performance reviews on a global level. Conduct the BPR, RFP activities in sync with agreed timeline as per business requirements. - Manage HSSE and ensure Shell partners are compliance with Shell policies and procedures. - Lead and support the development, innovation, communication and consistent application of all Contract Performance analysis activities. - Monitor performance of the contracts and per route and sector wise. - Qrtly review savings initiatives & track against target/glide path - Ensure Business Performance Review are done timely manner and close loop of all open ended issues - Monthly MI Report, Trend report etc - Manage escalations effectively - Contract deliverables uploaded to SharePoint - Should be able to build quality working relationship with the suppliers Position description - Accountabilities Accountabilities RE Delivery of Results - Delivery of the RE Functional Plan Job Specific - Ownership of defined elements of the Contract Management Plan activities according to the Corporate Travel standard including performance measurement, contract financial planning and spend monitoring, compliance monitoring. - Administration of contracting tools (Service Level Agreements, Local Contracts, Scorecards). - Support the contract performance reviews with Service Providers taking onto account of the existing tools and system - Ensure contract-related records and documents are maintained in line with Group standards. Handle employees query effectively and provide resolution by acting on those issues quickly. Ensure suppliers in aligned and compliant with Shell Co2 program and followed Manage and support the RFP process by scheduling the meetings and supply the relevant data Position description - Dimensions Dimensions IC role need collaboration with functional leads, procurement team Part of the Corporate Travel team of around 22 FTE. More than 500 contracts (air/hotel/car) supporting travel by 60,000 travelers and around 600,000 travel transactions per year. Position description - Additional comments The SBO RE team will provide support to the global portfolio, in general this will be working APAC hours with flexibility needed to attend occasional meetings outside of this time period. Experience and Qualifications required University/bachelor’s degree in related disciplines At least 5 years work experience in complex corporate environments in contract management and procurement related role Good at handling data, numbers, analytical skill Good at MS office suite – specially Excel and Power Point Preferably handling travel, hotel, meeting and events etc Comfortable working with, and leading through uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity and incomplete information. Experience in working within a multicultural and multi-country environment is essential.
