We are looking for a dedicated HSEQ Manager to join the team.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Lead individuals to take action in fostering a culture of safety mindfulness.
  • Ensure that all business operations are conducted safely in compliance with AL standards and local government regulations.
  • Ensure that risk assessments are conducted and reviewed as necessary, utilizing appropriate methodologies and tools while considering the Group's risk criticality matrix.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the Company's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) programs aligned with regulatory and Air Liquide company standards.
  • Perform safety audits and site inspections, implementing measures for improvement as needed.
  • Evaluate discrepancies between entity practices and group documents or technical standards in collaboration with the IMS Manager and Industrial Director. Define the HSE Policy accordingly.
  • Support operational teams by developing Job Task Hazard Analyses and assist industrial departments in identifying tasks that require qualifications, as well as defining competency requirements for each task.
  • Collaborate with operations and other HSE stakeholders (IMS, PRMR, etc.) to establish the frequency and responsibilities for plant HSE inspections.
  • Organize and facilitate HSE meetings at the entity level, ensuring information is effectively communicated to plant and regional management.
  • Participate in inspections at the plant to ensure adherence to safety procedures and effective deployment of plans.
  • Coordinate and participate in internal HSE audits while managing external HSE audit processes.
  • Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented (according to company policy) following any incidents or accidents.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on inspection reports and analysis of indicators.
  • Ensure that data related to process performance is collected, analyzed, evaluated, and discussed during management review meetings.
  • Communicate organizational expectations regarding regulatory compliance, entity-pecific requirements, Group HSE standards, and the overall HSE program

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Engineering.
  • Minimum10 years of safety experience, ideally within the Manufacturing or Chemical industries, and in a multicultural setting.
  • Certified Safety Officer registered with the Ministry of Manpower.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in HSEQ Management.
  • Familiarity with Air Separation Unit operations and package gas refilling operations, or project operations, is a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading cultural change and developing/implementing management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, high level of autonomy, and a track record of delivering significant results within the organization.
