Core Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage and confirm the Director’s daily schedule.
  • Accompany the Director to meetings, take detailed minutes, and submit them for review.
  • Assist in reviewing and approving documents from colleagues.
  • Arrange schedules and coordinate with venues for meetings and events.

    2. Event Coordination & Social Media Updates

    • Post real-time updates during events on Instagram and Facebook Stories.
    • Share event updates in WhatsApp groups and upload event photos.

      3. Content Creation

      • Produce 4 reels monthly for the Director and Managing Director.
      • Create 2 weekly stories highlighting sales achievements, customer service, product advantages, or team moments.
      • Design one motivational poster weekly for social media.
      • Coordinate and schedule filming sessions for content creation.

        4. Marketing Design & Material Development

        • Design monthly posters for activities, events, and agent performance rankings.
        • Adhere to the upload schedule for performance ranking updates.

          5. Team-Building Activities

          • Plan and execute monthly non-sales-related activities to enhance team knowledge and cohesion.

            6. Ad Hoc Tasks

            • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director to support business needs.
