Executive, Finance (Account Receivable)

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain Fixed Asset Schedule.
• Post necessary journal during month end closing within timeline given.
• Maintain balance sheet schedule.
• Identify expenses to be amortized and post necessary journal.
• Expenses/Revenue Reclassification.
• Liaise with internal & external stakeholder pertaining to audit & tax matter.
• Support query from DM on Outlet P&L.
• Book-keeping for warehouse/outlets Closing Stock.
• Prepare monthly stock movement report.
• Accrual for monthly recurring expenses, Purchases.
• Register and disposal Fixed Asset & run depreciation on monthly basis in accounting system.
• Reclass outlet cost as per TN/PKT DO & online sale during month end closing.
• ROU calculation & post journal in accounting system.
• Calculate Licensee Income amortization and post necessary journal.
• Book-keeping for staff related cost.
• Liaise with tax agent on tax queries for Corporate Tax Submission.
• Assists to compile financial related information for corporate exercise.
• Posting Audit Adjustment in accounting system.
• Maintain Contributing Expenses Analysis.
• Share outlet P&L with DM in charge and answer their query on financial number.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or degree equivalent in professional certificates.
• Fresh grade is encouraged to apply.
• Required general knowledge of accounting/ financial/operational principle.
• Intermediate skill in Microsoft office.
• Proficiency with computer, especially business solution & accounting software.
• Team oriented, good communication and people skill.
• Independent, self -motivated & amp; result oriented.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure & meet deadline required.
