Plan and manage solar PV installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, functioning panels with excellent finishing work. All works must meet specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Ensure health and safety standards are followed, correcting and reminding team members if necessary. Conduct site visits to analyze site requirements or project status and compile a site visit report. Coordinate with construction professionals and installers to ensure good collaboration and meet project deadlines. Compile and execute project specifications within the allocated budget and timeline. Manage and divide the installation team during the project to optimize efficiency. Respond to client inquiries and provide clear explanations regarding the installation process. Train new solar installer recruits to ensure they are familiar with installation procedures and safety standards. Other tasks requested from your supervisor. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in solar panel installation or a related field. Supervisory experience (a plus). Valid driver's license and clean driving record (a plus). In-depth understanding of solar PV systems, installation processes, and best practices. Working knowledge of electrical codes, building regulations, and safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead, train, and motivate a team. Project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
