  • Handle all incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, either in person or on the telephone.
  • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the company's guests.
  • Control access to office floors by monitoring visitor logbooks and liaise with couriers and dispatch (if any).
  • Oversee and manage the reception and ensure smooth running of pantry and vending facilities.
  • Manage and upkeep cleanliness and tidiness of reception area.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office pantry supplies.
  • Update Extension/intercom lists.
  • Assist in planning and organizing meeting room calendar in the meeting room.
  • Receive, sort, and initial for incoming packages for further disbursement to staffs Maintain proper filing of documents (if any).
  • Monitor toner and ink levels for the photocopier machines.
  • Prepare summary and meter reading reports for the photocopier machine.
  • Oversee office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and making necessary orders Handling all the office equipment's in Level LG Management Office.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of Conference and Meeting Rooms supplies.
  • Ensure all Conference/Meeting rooms are tidy and equipment in working conditions for 101 functions at all times.
  • Handling of incoming document via by hand/courier services.
  • To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior.

Job Specification

  • 5 Working Days
  • Free parking provided and preferably to have own transport
  • SPM/Certificate/Diploma in a related discipline
  • Preferably 2 years relevant experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Must display professionalism and confidence
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
