Junior Marketing Executive - Graphics

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Executive - Content / Graphic will be a key member of our marketing team, focusing on graphic design for a variety of materials. Responsibilities include designing operational materials, marketing and content materials, and internal HQ documents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing marketing and content materials, such as project/campaign key visual development.
• Designing operational materials, including menus, notices, product labels, packaging, and merchandise, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Designing internal HQ documents, including HR recruitment and training material.
• Managing own workloads and priorities effectively, demonstrating strong multitasking skills and stakeholder management.
• Taking on ad-hoc content photo editing and video editing tasks as needed, including editing photos and videos for social media, website, and other digital platforms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with graphic design for digital marketing, including social media graphics, web banners, and email campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and proactively seek solutions to design challenges.
• Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
