Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
Tax Compliance Report & timely submission to Tax Office
· Provide accurate VAT calculation
· Prepare Witholding Tax Calculation and Tax Payment
· On time Monthly Tax Submission
· Prepare reliable Tax documentation and administration
· Corporate Income Tax Return
· Prepare tax invoice once the commercial is issued.
· Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation for related tax account.
Finance & Accounting Tasks
· Issue invoice, reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are properly posted and verify the discrepancies.
· Receive, check, scan, fill accounting documents
· Input/post/reconcile proper accounts and entries (AR, AP, Inventory, Cash, Bank…) into Accounting System on daily basis
· Check payment documents from vendors to make sure in compliance with company policies and Government regulations
· Prepare, track, and follow up payments, schedule payment plan weekly
· Prepare payment documents and process transaction with banks
· Prepare daily expense report
· Prepare monthly financial statements, including supporting reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.
· Prepare general ledger entries by mantaining records, files, reconciling accounts.
· Maintain transaction balances by inputting data and verifying data.
· Prepare other adhoc/daily/weekly/monthly report to Management
· Collaborate with multiple cross-functional and cross-finance teams to provide thoughtful leadership and influence decision making through deep financial analytical insight into core business decisions
· Ensure proper controls and report are in place and maintained to protect the company against potential fraud, theft and litigation. Monitor and enforce company policies related to the use and expenditure of the company’s capital.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting; at least 3-5 years related experience as a Finance Manager
· Must be below the age of 36 years old
· Have sound practical knowledge on accounting and Malaysia taxation
· Good knowledge of Double tax treaties is a plus
· Numeric and detail oriented
· Having strong knowledge in general ledger is a must.
· Advance in Excel skills
· Be able to adapt change of demands and workloads
· Good in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
