  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting attendance data, leave records, and other necessary documentation.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and help drive employee development through feedback and training.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing HR-related correspondence, and assisting with other HR projects as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including managing employee leave requests, timekeeping, and maintaining records for compliance purposes.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources administrative roles, with knowledge of HR software and systems (HRIS, payroll tools) being a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources processes, labor laws, payroll, benefits, and recruitment functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
