As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be an essential point of contact between our clients and internal teams. Your role will involve ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, precise coordination, and a proactive approach to meeting project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, acting as a reliable liaison who understands their business needs and objectives.
- Work with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to develop presentations, marketing strategies, and media proposals that align with client goals.
- Ensure efficient communication between clients and internal departments, helping to streamline processes and ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Assist in presenting ideas and campaigns to clients, address any concerns, and help maintain a smooth, productive workflow.
- Support the management of project timelines, monitor progress, and proactively adjust plans as necessary to meet client expectations.
- Stay informed on market trends and developments that are relevant to client industries.
- Be responsive and available to clients, fostering a sense of trust and transparency.
- Oversee project details, ensuring accuracy and excellence in all client deliverables.
Requirements:
- Posses 2-3 years of experience in a related role, preferably with an understanding of advertising or agency operations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to align client and agency needs.
- Motivated, resilient, and able to work well under pressure.
- A collaborative team player with a drive to learn and grow.
- Capable of strategic thinking, balancing client needs with overall agency objectives.
