- Provide professional nutritional advice to customers as per doctors' requests.
- Assist doctors in explaining screening results and provide translations when necessary.
- Share relevant information and knowledge about health-related research findings, products, programs, or services developed by the company.
- Promote and sell health products included in the company’s business plan.
- Assist the Department Head with the implementation, operation, and evaluation of existing and new health products/services and health retreat programs.
- Develop departmental plans regarding products, services, and business expansion with the Department Head.
- Conduct internal and external sample trials, assessments, and testimonies.
- Evaluate potential food/meal suppliers, such as restaurants or outlets.
- Prepare, design, and recommend healthy meal menus for the company.
- Modify and improve current product/health menu formulations.
- Conduct market surveys on relevant products based on management requests.
- Collaborate with the Research & Statistical Department to develop and explore potential nutritional products.
- Prepare and submit reports and statistics as required by management.
- Participate in quality assurance programs.
- Assist the Department Head in improving the quality of existing health products, services, and retreat programs and in developing new ones.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
