Herbal Product Recommendations
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on herbal remedies based on patients’ needs or doctor’s prescriptions.
- Educate customers about the benefits and proper use of herbal products in line with TCM principles.
Clinic Maintenance
- Ensure the clinic remains clean, tidy, and organized at all times by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all areas, including consultation rooms, waiting areas, and storage spaces.
Herb Management
- Assist in organizing, labeling, and storing raw herbs in an orderly and systematic manner to ensure easy access for prescriptions.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw herbs and report when restocking is required.
Patient Data Management
- Accurately upload and update patient information in the clinic’s computer system.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of patient records in compliance with data privacy policies.
General Support
- Assist TCM practitioners in daily clinic operations, such as preparing herbs for prescriptions and coordinating with customers for appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and offering guidance about clinic services and products.
Experience in TCM Industry
- Minimum education is Secondary Level / SPM
- Candidates with prior experience in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) (Herbal) field will have an advantage, as familiarity with herbal products, TCM practices, or clinic operations is preferred.
Language Proficiency
- Must be proficient in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with a diverse group of patients and customers, including Mandarin-speaking individuals.
Computer Skills
- Basic proficiency in computer applications for tasks such as Managing appointments, Organizing Clinic Records, and Uploading Patient data into the clinic's system.
Personal Attributes
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to work with a high level of responsibility and dedication.
- Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
