- Prepare and send quotations and proposals;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Make proactive contacts with existing and new potential clients with consultant, contractor, architect or designer;
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- To provide recommendation and advice to clients on shower enclosures;
- To keep updated database of builders/ dealers /architects;
- Responding to clients’ complaint and requests when necessary;
- To liaise with operation and warehouse department on project delivery depending on schedule;
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Fresh graduates are welcomed;
- Preferably candidates with SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Computer skill (MS Office, Excel, Power Point);
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage;
- Work experience in building materials, construction, ceramic, bath and shower fittings industry will be an added advantage;
- Fast learner and well-organised;
- Sense of responsibility to complete task given;
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Possess own transport
