  • Prepare and send quotations and proposals;
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Make proactive contacts with existing and new potential clients with consultant, contractor, architect or designer;
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • To provide recommendation and advice to clients on shower enclosures;
  • To keep updated database of builders/ dealers /architects;
  • Responding to clients’ complaint and requests when necessary;
  • To liaise with operation and warehouse department on project delivery depending on schedule;
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed;
  • Preferably candidates with SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • Computer skill (MS Office, Excel, Power Point);
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage;
  • Work experience in building materials, construction, ceramic, bath and shower fittings industry will be an added advantage;
  • Fast learner and well-organised;
  • Sense of responsibility to complete task given;
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Possess own transport
