To prepare quotations for projects
To call for quotations from suppliers, vendor or subcontractors, to do cost and margin analysis.
To monitor project costs to ensure they remain within budget and timeline
To assist in pre and post contracts documentation, including variation orders and progress claims.
To assist in source for materials, suppliers, evaluate quotation and update pricing.
To collaborate and liaise closely with project team, consultants, project managers, engineers architects to meet project objective.
To assist in materials ordering when required and monitoring materials deliver

Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in quantity surveying with a focus on interior fit put & construction projects
Strong understanding of interior design and construction methods and materials
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
