1. Pre-Contract

Job Responsibilities:

Sources and prepares information for participation in tender exercise including measurement, inviting quotations, costing report and submission of tender
Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process;
Responsible for cost calculation, project costing accordingly to BQ
Liaise with Suppliers (Local & Oversea)
Liaise with Project & Design Team on all material purchase related matters
Liaise with Project & Design Team on all BQ related works
Handle material delivery schedules
Check and verify invoices from suppliers
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management
2. Post-Contract
Job Responsibilities:
Involved in post-contract process including sourcing for sub-contractors
Negotiates with the respective supplier and appoints the sub-contractors
Check and verify claims from sub-contractors
Verify interim claim and variation order (VO)
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
