Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to take risks in their learning. Incorporate real-world contexts and interdisciplinary connections into lesson plans to make learning relevant and meaningful. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum units, assessments, and instructional resources aligned with 21st-century learning goals and the Cambridge curriculum framework. Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support their growth and development. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of current educational trends, pedagogical best practices, and advancements in technology integration.
