Position Overview The Company is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Integrative Special Needs Education Consultant. This multifaceted role involves collaborating with facilitators, students, parents, and staff to enhance educational outcomes and promote overall well-being through strategic interventions in education, nutrition, and lifestyle practices. Key Responsibilities 1.Conduct Observations: -Evaluate facilitator-student interactions and provide constructive feedback to optimize teaching strategies and learning experiences. 2.Parental Engagement: -Attend monthly parent meetings with facilitators to discuss student progress, address concerns, and suggest improvements. 3.Staff Development: -Organize and lead professional development sessions based on identified needs to enhance staff capabilities. 4.Program Strategy: -Provide management with comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations for program enhancements that integrate academic support, emotional well-being, and physical health. -Innovate and implement new approaches to support students with learning challenges, including Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, and Social-Emotional difficulties, ensuring a holistic and inclusive development framework. 5.Behavioral Learning Assessment: -Observe students to identify potential links between their behaviors, learning challenges, and nutritional or lifestyle factors. 6.Collaborative Planning: -Work with management and parents to evaluate students’ nutrition and lifestyle routines, providing actionable strategies to improve their health and learning outcomes. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience: Master’s Degree in Special Needs Education, Child Psychology, Nutrition, Health Sciences, or a related field. Certification in Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching or a related discipline. Minimum 20 years of experience in Special Needs Education or a related role, specializing in Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, and Social-Emotional Development. At least 10 years of experience supporting students with learning difficulties in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and observational abilities for assessing teaching methods and student behavior. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with facilitators, parents, and management. Proven expertise in designing and delivering engaging staff training programs. In-depth knowledge of learning difficulties, child development, psychology, and evidence-based nutrition and wellness practices. Problem-solving skills with the ability to create customized recommendations. Additional Requirements: Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
