Role Overview: As an intern in the Digital Commerce Shopper Marketing & Retail Innovation team, you'll gain hands-on experience in e-commerce analysis, store audits, and assist in selecting key products for offline retail channels (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Shopper Insights & Market Research: Support the analysis of shopper trends and market opportunities. Digital Shelf Monitoring: Track Unilever’s Omnichannel Assets across digital platforms. Ensure content is up-to-date and aligned with guidelines, while identifying KPIs. Power BI Support: Monitor dashboard performance and manage data sources. Assist in developing reports and integrating data. Campaign Support: Help plan and execute campaigns, working with key accounts and vendors. Evaluate campaign outcomes in terms of growth and ROI. Administrative Assistance: Provide support for daily tasks and assist with ad-hoc activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies. Category & Channel Support: Assist in data compilation for category management and reviewing assortment lists. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field. Available to start in January 2025 for at least 6 months. Suitable for early graduates seeking internship experience. Skills/Experience: Strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), data visualization, and Microsoft Suite
