  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive (Accounting & Finance) to join our dynamic team at ALFA Soundscape & Design Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations and reporting for the company, contributing to its continued growth and success. What you'll be doing: - Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations - Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, such as profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements - Performing month-end and year-end closing procedures - Handling tax-related tasks, such as GST/SST filing and reporting - Providing support for budgeting and forecasting processes - Liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required - Continuously improving financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy What we're looking for: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the accounting & finance industry or department. - Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, procedures, and regulations - Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Relevant professional qualification, such as ACCA or CPA, is added advantage.
