ASSISTANG PURCHASING

• In charge in production planning, material planning and on-time delivery. • Assist Planner to schedule and optimize production schedules based on sales order received. • Assist Planner to estimate amount of material, equipment and labor required for production. • To communicate with purchasing department on the material needed. • Accessing the daily requirements of the materials to ensure raw material / components are sufficient for production. • To communicate with production floor on the schedule and capacity required. • To monitor and co-ordinate closely with production output to ensure the machine capacity is fully utilized, fulfill all the customer's requirements on date of delivery and other related data. (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.). • Address issues and expedite the process to ensure minimum disruption. • Keep track and update production status to ensure production status are visible for monitoring. • Compile related document for production status, delivery traceability. • Promptly informing related departments for changes on current production schedule. • Monitor jobs and manpower to ensure they will finish on time. • Ensure necessary documents are compliance with ISO 9001 :2015. • Collaborate with production, quality control, warehouse, and other staff for any production output and shipment related issue. • Monitor and manage sub-con incoming and outgoing shipment transportation. • Keep track on sub-con production status and ensure on time delivery. • 5S System Implementation. • Adhering to all the health, safety and environmental rules and regulations with compliance on ISO14001. • Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
