Vendor Management - Research and identify reliable suppliers and vendors. - Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms. - Maintain good relationship with existing suppliers and explore new sourcing opportunities. Product And Market Research - Conduct market research to identify trends, price fluctuations, and product availability. - Compare and evaluate offers from different suppliers. Order And Inventory Management - Track and follow up on pending orders to ensure prompt delivery. Communicate And Coordination - Liaise between internal departments and suppliers to meet procurements needs. Reporting And Analysis - Prepare periodic procurement reports for management review. - Analyze vendor performance and suggest improvements.
