Senior Accounts Executive

Perform bookkeeping and accounting entries, including accruals and adjustments. Prepare accounts on a timely basis for weekly, month-end, and financial year-end closings, along with aging reports and listings. Review and ensure the accuracy of accounting reports and deliverables prepared by junior staff, when necessary. Support the team lead in planning efforts and supervise junior staff to maintain efficiency Independently manage accounting and management reports, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal supervision. Submit accounting reports and deliverables within agreed timelines. Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, monitor unusual items, investigate discrepancies, and manage movements. Ensure client deliverables meet quality and timing expectations. Resolve queries from stakeholders and ensure action points are addressed. Handle additional ad hoc tasks as assigned.
