(1) To test run all standby generator to ensure satisfactory performance. (2) To monitor and supervise contractor carry out routine servicing of the generator sets. (3) To monitor and supervise contractor carry out routine and corrective maintenance for lighting. (4) To carry out minor repair for the malfunction / defective equipment (5) To regularly inspect all the M&E equipment to ensure their satisfactory operating conditions. (6) To perform standby duties and response promptly in the event of failure of electricity supply. (7) To conduct housekeeping for electrical switchboards, related equipment and equipment room. (8) To prepare maintenance report for any malfunction / defective equipment. To carry out switching operations as instructed.
