SPECIAL NEEDS EDUCATION ASSISTANT TEACHER

REQUIREMENTS - Candidate must possess at least Degree in any related field. - Experienced in special need therapy or experienced working with children - Have knowledge about learning disabilities, behavioral disorders, and other special educational needs - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, colleagues, and external professional - Patience, empathy, and genuine passion working with students with special educational needs. - Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the unique needs and challenges of each students - Proficiency in written and spoken English JOB DESCRIPTION - Play a vital role in providing specialized support and education to students with diverse learning needs. - Develop and implement special plans for students with special educational needs, based on their specific requirements and abilities. - Adapt and modify curriculum materials, instructional strategies, and assessment to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities, learning difficulties or other special needs. - Collaborate with classroom teachers, learning support teams, and parents to identify and address student's learning challenges and implement effective intervention strategies. - Maintain accurate records of students progress, achievement and areas requiring further development, and communicate this information effectively to parents, colleagues and school leadership.
