Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades and cross-departmental integrations.
- Ensure prompt resolution of support issues in line with agreed SLAs.
- Log and track support requests in the ticketing system for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and software, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Support and administer network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, AP, etc.).
- Collaborate with solution teams, business units, and vendors to address complex technical challenges.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for
Education relevant in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in IT technical support roles, candidate with experience in Cisco switches and Aruba products is a PLUS.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN).
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Team player who can also work independently.
