General activities and performance of Sales Team as below: - • Manage daily activities of sales staffs such as customer visits, follow-ups, sales calls, complaint handling etc. • Prepare analysis on market requirement – local and overseas • Identify new sales channel and potential new markets, products and customer needs – local and oversea • Analise the competition to create plan for engagement. • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets by using strategic sales plans. • Market Company’s existing products. • Recruit new business – public and private healthcare facilities / Concession Companies. • Conduct presentations for doctors or medical executives about company's medical device offerings. • Maintain contract records, taking orders, surveying client option and monitoring competitors' activity. • Maintain and build relationship with customers (both new and existing). • Analyze existing customers and new customers to determine sales opportunities. • Increase sales growth by expending market and sales volume. • Identify and liaise key persons/big account customers. • Monitor and improve sales team performance by closely work together with team members. • Responsible for branding, market expansion, achieving sales targets and strategic sales planning. • Responsible for planning and organizing of all the company related events including symposiums • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. • Ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. • Gathering, investigating and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. • Implementing new sales and marketing plans and advertising. • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives. • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences and workshops, reading publications and maintaining personal and professional networks
