Deemples is the largest golf platform in Malaysia. Thousands of golfers in South East Asia use deemples to

  • learn golf.

Deemples is in a niche industry that targets an affluent audience, mostly consisting of senior executives, professionals, investors and business owners. Our mission is to use technology to help them golf whenever and wherever they want to, whilst growing the golf industry.

The Deemples team is lean and independent. Our team works remotely across the world, connected by tools that keep workflow progress and communications fluid, building and marketing great technology that improves the golfing experience for both golfers and golf clubs.

We are looking for a Customer Success specialist that goes beyond answering emails, beyond responding to comments on Facebook or Twitter, beyond managing customer accounts. You truly touch people’s lives.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will:-

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience to our customers.
  • Provide an amazing, personalised experience to each customer. No copy and paste answers, only meaningful, personalised replies with love and care injected into each message
  • Strive to give every customer the Deemples Experience we can truly proud to be a part off
  • Handle inquiries from customers through managing chats and emails efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive information and a satisfactory resolution to customers, by weighing the options from customers', partners' and Deemples' point of view.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with our customers as well as internal teams.
  • Provide quality and timely customer service via the organization’s digital channels by responding directly to customer questions, feedback, and complaints;
  • Assist customers with learning how to use Deemples products and services;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:-

  • At least a college graduate, university degree/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Willing to work evening shift (3 pm to 11 pm)
  • Willing to work on a shift scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Passionate in problem solving with good analytical skills
  • Digital savvy, good with basic Excels and presentation skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
