  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Managing operations of the Hot Lab runs smoothly and in accordance to guidelines on Radiopharmaceutical Preparation Facilities, Good Radiopharmaceutical Practice (GRP) and Good Preparation Practice (GPP) inclusive of maintenance of cleanroom and various types of relevant safety equipment
  • Responsible in the preparation and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals from the point of screening of order forms / preparing raw materials (radioactive source and pharmaceuticals) until the dispensing / release of the ordered radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Monitors movement of radiopharmaceuticals, drugs and medication supply in and out of the department and ensure that there is enough supply for the patients.
  • Responsible for the management of Dangerous Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (including receiving, supply and storage) in the department and perform periodic inspection at the ward level.
  • Perform Radiopharmaceutical dispensing and counselling for patients that require additional information regarding the use and indications of medications.
  • Responsible in supervising the operational needs of the Radiopharmaceutical and Nuclear Pharmacy services.
  • Responsible in supplying and dispensing medicines in the hospital and to provide counselling to patients.

Job Requirement

  • Possess minimum Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Registered with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board.
  • Certified Nuclear Pharmacist.
  • Minimum one (1) year working in healthcare setting.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer-literate.
