Position: Call Center Executive

As a Call Center Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued banking customers. Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding service, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional and friendly support to customers via phone, email, or chat, assisting with their banking needs and queries.
Stay updated on our banking products and services to effectively recommend solutions that align with customers' financial goals.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions while upholding confidentiality and data security.
Comply with banking regulations and policies to safeguard the integrity and security of customer accounts and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service objectives and deliver seamless support.

Requirements

Fresh graduates with a Degree or Diploma are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with SPM must have at least 2 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience, including credits in Mathematics and English.
Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Willingness to accept a 6-month contract, with potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance.
Flexible to work rotational shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM, with a 9-hour shift schedule.
Open to junior candidates, preferably below 35 years old.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
