Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing creative concepts and visual strategies for advertising campaigns, digital content, and branding projects.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers and art directors to ensure visuals align seamlessly with messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Create mood boards, sketches, and design mockups to communicate creative ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Support the execution of photo shoots, video productions, and other visual content creation.
  • Oversee the design process, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Contribute to user interface (UI) design projects, leveraging tools like Figma or Adobe XD to create wireframes and prototypes (basic skills required).
  • Develop motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns using Adobe After Effects (basic skills required).
  • Develop basic 3D models and visuals to enhance campaigns and presentations (preferred but not required).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to inspire fresh ideas.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas to creative projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in an agency or design studio setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
  • Familiarity with UI design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D modelling software like Blender or 3ds Max is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various mediums (print, digital, and social).
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
  • Knowledge of current social media platforms and digital advertising trends is a plus.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior creatives.
  • Passionate about design and creativity.
