- Assist in developing creative concepts and visual strategies for advertising campaigns, digital content, and branding projects.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers and art directors to ensure visuals align seamlessly with messaging and brand guidelines.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and design mockups to communicate creative ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Support the execution of photo shoots, video productions, and other visual content creation.
- Oversee the design process, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Contribute to user interface (UI) design projects, leveraging tools like Figma or Adobe XD to create wireframes and prototypes (basic skills required).
- Develop motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns using Adobe After Effects (basic skills required).
- Develop basic 3D models and visuals to enhance campaigns and presentations (preferred but not required).
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to inspire fresh ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas to creative projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in an agency or design studio setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
- Familiarity with UI design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modelling software like Blender or 3ds Max is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various mediums (print, digital, and social).
- Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
- Knowledge of current social media platforms and digital advertising trends is a plus.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively.
- Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior creatives.
- Passionate about design and creativity.
