Job Description:-
- Handle all inbound contacts received and outbound contacts made via chats WhatsApp, Email, and Calls.
- To resolve product or service problems by clarifying and understanding the customer's complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- To follow up customers pending delivery order
- To complete any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, logistic) to address customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and compile insights to help shape business strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
