Quality Assurance Manager (Aerospace)/ Nusajaya TechPark/ Up to RM20K

Position: Quality Assurance Manager

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5:30pm

Location: Nusajaya Tech Park, JB

Job Description:

• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of the QMS/BMS to meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Conduct audits on products and processes, assess risks and opportunities, and follow up with corrective actions.
• Manage and mitigate risks within the QMS/BMS to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Represent the site in discussions related to quality compliance with customers, certifying bodies, and aviation authorities.
• Lead and coordinate external audits from regulatory bodies, customers, and certification agencies, resolving issues effectively.
• Ensure the QMS/BMS system requirements are met, including training personnel and maintaining controls.
• Track and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the QMS/BMS.
• Integrate new regulatory and industry requirements into existing processes.
• Address and resolve audit findings with thorough root cause analysis (RCCA).
• Review audit results, identify risks, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to international aviation regulations and standards, including those from CAAM, FAA, and EASA.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 5 years work experience as quality manager in related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, AS/EN/JISQ9110, and aviation regulations (CAAM, FAA, EASA, etc.).
• Experience implementing QMS/BMS systems and applying lean principles in business operations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Fault Tree Analysis, RCCA, and PEAR assessments.
• Competence in using IAQG OASIS for audit planning and reporting.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing abilities, particularly in matrix organizational structures.
• Proactive and capable of mentoring team members and driving positive change.
• Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
