Role Overview
TSS is seeking an experienced Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our Singapore team. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage initiative within a growing company, with potential to advance into leadership or partnership roles as the business expands.
As a Corporate Secretarial Executive, you will deliver comprehensive corporate secretarial services, ensure compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements, and provide advisory support to a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Secretarial Duties:
- Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial functions for Singapore-registered companies.
- Prepare and file statutory documents with ACRA, MOM, and other relevant authorities.
- Maintain statutory registers, minute books, and corporate records.
- Draft resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate secretarial documents.
Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, advising on corporate secretarial and compliance matters.
- Manage company incorporations, corporate restructuring, and cessation processes.
- Respond to client inquiries related to regulatory requirements and statutory obligations.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with statutory filing deadlines, including annual returns and AGMs.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely communication to clients.
Advisory Services:
- Support clients with EP and PR applications.
- Provide advice on corporate governance, M&A, and investment-related processes.
Collaboration and Process Improvement:
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Contribute insights to enhance TSS’s processes and technology solutions for corporate secretarial services.
Key Qualifications
- Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Law, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- At least 2 years of corporate secretarial experience in Singapore.
- Familiarity with ACRA’s BizFile+ system and statutory compliance requirements.
- Certifications: Chartered Secretary (SAICSA/CSIS) or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate secretarial software.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
