  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Tele-Collectors to join our dynamic call center team. The role involves contacting customers on behalf of finance companies to remind them of overdue payments, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure timely debt recovery.

  • Minimum SPM requirement.
  • Previous experience in tele-collection, debt recovery, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Familiarity with call center software.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Location: Mid Valley
  • Working Hours: 9am-6pm, Shift-based weekly one day off
