Job Title: Product Technical SupportJob Responsibilities
- Returned Goods Inspection & Repair
- Inspect and assess returned goods from customers to determine repair feasibility.
- Perform minor repairs to ensure returned goods meet quality standards before restocking or resale.
- Repacking & Quality Control
- Conduct minor repacking of accessories to meet quality and packaging standards.
- Ensure that all items are accurately labeled and organized for inventory management.
- Accessories Department Organization
- Maintain and organize the accessories inventory, ensuring items are stored properly and readily accessible.
- Assist in stock-taking activities and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Collaboration with Procurement Team
- Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure returned goods and accessories meet company and customer standards.
- Coordinate with other departments for efficient workflow and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the furniture hardware industry is an advantage.
- Skills & Competencies
- Basic repair and quality inspection skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
