As our Sales Manager, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, lead a talented team, and leverage digital marketing strategies to expand our market presence. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer relationships, and elevating our brand in the health and beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to our haircare and skincare product lines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive sales.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising to boost product visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance metrics.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address any issues promptly.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Track KPIs and adjust strategies to meet changing market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the health and beauty industry.
