  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our shipping and logistics services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand market presence in the shipping and logistics industry.
  • Identify and secure new clients, including importers, exporters, and freight forwarders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Design and deliver customized shipping and logistics solutions, including freight management and warehousing.

  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipping schedules.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of shipping operations, market trends, supply chain management, and familiarity with Malaysian shipping regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
