Key Roles & Key Responsibilities :-
- Key in invoice into SAP system.
- Create expenses Purchase Order.
- Assist in making payments to suppliers.
- Assist in filling documents.
- Assist in making closing analysis report.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.
- Handling other adhoc.
Report to : Manager, Finance & Accounts / Executive, Accounts.
Requirements :
- Candidate with Diploma/Professional Certificate in Accounting or related function preferred.
- Prior accounting experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP is highly advantangeous.
- Meticulous, organized, and have keen eye for details.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- This is a full-time position.
