Key Roles & Key Responsibilities :-

  • Key in invoice into SAP system.
  • Create expenses Purchase Order.
  • Assist in making payments to suppliers.
  • Assist in filling documents.
  • Assist in making closing analysis report.
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.
  • Handling other adhoc.

Report to : Manager, Finance & Accounts / Executive, Accounts.

Requirements :

  • Candidate with Diploma/Professional Certificate in Accounting or related function preferred.
  • Prior accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly advantangeous.
  • Meticulous, organized, and have keen eye for details.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • This is a full-time position.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
