We are hiring -- HR Officer
Responsibilities:
· Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing.
· Collaborate with top management to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
· Monitor and evaluate employee performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
· Develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
· Maintain accurate employee records, including performance reviews and evaluations.
· Provide recommendations for training and development programs based on performance assessments.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and performance management.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in recruitment and performance management (minimum 1 year preferred).
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in HR software and tools.
· Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
· Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
