  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Tesla Malaysia is recruiting Service Apprentices for Automotive students and fresh graduates, available at Cyberjaya, Johor & Penang. This will be a 6-months program, from March to August 2025, to learn from our best Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to understand the Service Centre operations.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an Open Day & Interview Day:

  • Cyberjaya - 17 Jan 2025 (Friday) at Tesla Service Centre, Cyberjaya
  • Johor - 19 Jan 2025 (Sunday) at Tesla Service Centre Penang, Seberang Perai
  • Penang - 22 Jan 2025 (Wednesday) at Tesla Johor Service Centre, Masai

Apprenticeship period:

  • 3rd March 2025 – 29th August 2025 (6 months)

What You’ll Do

  • Performs entry-level work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles
  • Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
  • Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications
  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) of new cars
  • Maintain inventory, records of time, shop supplies and parts
  • Help maintain vehicle cleanliness of customer cars
  • Support Parts & Front of House operations as needed or on a rotational basis

What You’ll Bring

  • This program is open for current students and fresh graduates undertaking automotive courses
  • Knowledge of methods and techniques used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Be able to work in a team-based environment and have a "safety first" attitude
  • Familiar understanding of the English language
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,600.00 per month
