Role and responsibilities
- Issue invoices, apply collection and simple bookeeping
- Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts and cheques)
- Monitoring utility and office maintenance
- Responsible in office administration
- Organize and maintain all documents in a proper manner
- Responsible to collect, sorting and distribute letter, postings (stamps and deliveries)
- Maintain and purchase of office supply , stationery and etc
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountings/ Administrative
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Account/ Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
- Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate and knowledge on Microsoft (Office, Excel & Outlook), SQL & MYOB Accounting Software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
