Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in management consulting, transformation, or change management.
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience with transformation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially, Powerpoint and Excel
- Certifications: Certification in transformation, change management, or a related field (e.g., Prosci, Lean Six Sigma) is desirable.
- Transformation Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with Operations leaders to develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on organizational design, process improvement, and cultural transformation.
- Design and implement change management plans to minimize disruption and ensure successful adoption of changes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and team leaders.
- Communicate transformation plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Project Management:
- Manage transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and operations.
- Benefits Realization:
- Develop and track benefits realization plans to ensure transformation initiatives deliver expected business outcomes.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
