What you'll be doing :- You will be supporting the team in ;
- Data entry, filling and organizing, handling phone calls, document management, inventory control, supporting finances team, scheduling and coordination of agendas, and general administrative supports.
What we're looking for : - Skillful in Microsoft ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and other softwares )
- Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin ( Not compulsory )
- Good communication skills
- Able to multitask the task assigned
- Work collaboratively in team
