  • Manage patient appointments and schedules
  • Maintain patient database and medical records
  • Collect patient information and process registration
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, prices and availability
  • Answer and redirect phone calls
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic reception area and clinic requirements
  • Ensure effective communication with doctors, nurses and other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic
  • Prepare and maintain reports and documentations

  • To participate in marketing and branding activities organized by the Management
  • To perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
  • Minimum SPM level
  • Minimum 1-3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin
  • Experience in a similar customer role, ideally in medical setting
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
  • Comfortable working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
