Responsibilities:
- Transport and Delivery: Safely transport and deliver cookie dough, raw ingredients, and other items as required by Management to designated destinations.
- Vehicle Maintenance and Upkeep: Ensure the company vehicle is clean and in good working condition by performing regular checks on fuel, lubricants, coolant, and tyre pressure. You are also responsible for scheduling periodic vehicle services and tune-ups.Possess thorough knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws, and use electronic maps, GPS systems, and car manuals to efficiently navigate local routes. Keep track of and update the Administration team on the renewal of Road Tax, Insurance, and Puspakom bi-annual checks.You are responsible for the safekeeping of the vehicle. In case of any damage or loss due to your negligence, you will be held accountable and expected to compensate the company for the damages.Park the vehicle in its designated spot, ensuring it is properly locked. At the end of each workday, hand over the vehicle keys to an authorized individual.Maintain proper and accurate entries in the vehicle's log-book, which must always remain in the vehicle. Produce the log-book as and when required.Drive responsibly and never operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicants, strictly adhering to all traffic laws.You may be required to work additional hours in case of urgent needs, for which you will be compensated.You will be held responsible for adhering to all vehicle-related rules and regulations. Should the company incur fines due to your negligence, or should any part of the vehicle be stolen or go missing while under your care, you will be liable to reimburse the company.
