Maintenance Technician

1. To perform a variety of work in process machineries, equipment, facilities, and utilities system maintenance works within the company’s premise. 2. To perform minimum minor troubleshooting when received reports and notify Engineer if major repair is required. 3. To perform planned preventive maintenance based on a schedule. 4. To perform electrical wiring and installation. 5. To maintain inventory record and assist to perform periodic checking of spare parts inventory. 6. To troubleshoot faulty equipment, repairs or replaces broken parts. 7. To weld, cut, modify, and fabricate tools/items as designed. 8. To assist in maintenance requests. 9. To support new machine tests, installation and plant expansion projects. 10. To participate in preparation for any compliance audit and ISO audit. 11. To participate in Quality improvement plan for continual improvement in quality system, product, and services. 12. To participate in any company activities related to training, employee activities, firefighting, health, safety, and environment (HSE). 13. To participate in daily line housekeeping (6S activities) and maintain cleanliness and safety of work area. 14. To work towards to achieve department KPI and overall company quality objectives. 15. To undertake job related tasks as assigned by superior/ the management.
