Production Quality Control Inspector (Furniture), Pontian

Job Summary: Responsible for quality inspection throughout the entire production process, from material preparation to finished welding products. Execute quality inspection standards for each process and handle various quality issues on the production floor. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Strictly implement the "Quality Standards" of the Quality Control Department for all production processes. Conduct first article inspections for each process and prepare inspection reports. 2. Perform regular spot checks on production processes. If product quality issues are detected, immediately halt operations until the issue is resolved, and allow production to resume only after reinspection confirms compliance. 3. Inspect reworked defective products and release them only after passing the reinspection. 4. Record and organize quality issues found on-site, and propose improvement suggestions and reports to the supervisor. 5. Complete other tasks assigned by management. Job Requirements • Education: Technical or vocational diploma or higher • At least 1 year of experience in quality management or 2 years of experience in inspection work. • Proficient in the use, performance, and application range of professional inspection tools. • Familiar with quality management, technical management, and the use of quality tools. • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving abilities, and a high sense of responsibility.
