F&B Service Crew

Summary: To provide exceptional customer service and support the efficient operation of the F&B service. Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. • Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide recommendations on menu items. • Take accurate food and beverage orders. • Serve dishes promptly and courteously, ensuring proper presentation. • Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining. • Restock clean cutlery, napkins, and other essentials. • Ensure the dining area remains clean and organized at all times. • Be attentive to guest requests and needs. • Handle food and beverages hygienically and safely. • Willing to learn and able to work at all stations assigned • Able to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with adequate time-off arrangements.
